Centennial Blonde
For our inaugural brew we wanted to do something light and refreshing, something highly quaffable, and something we could drink quickly! The recipe said you could make this beer ... "in two weeks, grain to glass."
Well, not quite. The beer was a little green at the week mark. I don't think it was fully ready for probably another 2 weeks... and after that it went fast!!
